coachABLE
Designed for neurodivergent teens and young adults, coachABLE blends life skills coaching, emotional regulation support, and real-world practice into a personalized, empowering experience. Participants are supported in developing confidence, self-awareness, communication skills, executive functioning, and workplace readiness—at a pace that honors who they are, not who they’re “supposed” to be. We believe capability is built through trust, consistency, and meaningful connection. Our approach centers the whole person—mind, body, and nervous system so learners can show up more regulated, self-assured, & ready to engage with the world around them.

Entrepreneurial Endeavors
Entrepreneurial Endeavors is a hands-on, creativity-driven program that empowers neurodivergent teens and young adults to explore entrepreneurship as a pathway to confidence, independence, and self-expression. Through project-based learning, participants design and develop their own products, services, or creative ventures ~ while building practical skills in budgeting, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making. Real-world experiences such as market days, community partnerships, and peer-led projects allow learners to see the value of their ideas and contributions in action. This initiative reframes work as something that can align with special interests, strengths, and energy essentially offering an accessible & empowering alternative/addition to traditional employment pathways.
